WWC FIR-EVO Style – Lightweight Motorsport Wheel

The WWC EVO Race Style wheel brings modern motorsport engineering to the street with its razor-sharp Y-spoke geometry, lightweight construction, and aggressive concave profile. Inspired by the cutting-edge designs found on contemporary GT and time-attack cars, this wheel delivers high performance with a premium, track-ready aesthetic.

Key Features

🔹 Ultra-Lightweight Flow-Formed Construction
Engineered for reduced rotational mass and improved handling response without sacrificing strength.

🔹 Precision Y-Spoke Design
The angular spoke layout provides exceptional rigidity and fast airflow to the brakes, making it ideal for drivers who demand serious performance.

🔹 Deep Concavity Options
Multiple profile depths depending on width and offset, giving your build a bold, high-performance stance.

🔹 Optimised for BBK Clearance
Developed using a performance blank with generous brake clearance, making it suitable for many factory and aftermarket big-brake setups.
(Confirm specific BBK compatibility before purchase.)

🔹 High-Quality Finishes
Offered in gloss black, satin bronze, metallic silver, diamond red, or custom colours upon request.

🔹 Size Limitation Notice
Due to the engineering and spoke architecture of this design, the FIR-EVO Style can only be manufactured up to 21 inches.

Choosing the correct wheel size and fitment is important for both performance and appearance. Use this measurement guide to help determine the right specifications for your vehicle. If you’re unsure, we offer free fitment advice—simply contact us before placing your order.

Diameter (Inches)
The overall size of the wheel. Common diameters include 18”, 19” and 20”. Larger diameters fill the guards more and change the overall stance, while smaller diameters offer more tyre sidewall for comfort.

Width (Inches)
How wide the wheel is from inner to outer barrel (e.g., 9.5J). Wider wheels provide more grip and a wider stance but require correct offset to avoid rubbing.

Offset (ET)
How far the wheel face sits in or out relative to the hub.
• Higher offset (ET35–ET45): wheel sits further inside
• Lower offset (ET20–ET30): wheel sits further out
Offset affects brake clearance, poke, stance and fitment. If you’re unsure, contact us for recommendations.

Bolt Pattern (PCD)
The stud pattern of your vehicle (e.g., 5x114.3, 5x120). Your wheels must match this exactly. We can machine almost any PCD to suit your vehicle.

Centre Bore
The size of the centre hole that fits over the vehicle’s hub. We machine your wheels to your exact centre bore for a perfect hub-centric fit.

Tyre Fitment
Choosing the correct tyre size prevents rubbing and ensures proper load rating. We can advise on whether to use:
• Standard fitment
• Slight stretch
• Aggressive fitment
• Widebody fitment

Brake Clearance
Big brake kits require specific spoke designs and offsets. If you have Brembos or aftermarket brakes, let us know so we can ensure proper clearance.

If you’re unsure about any measurement, we can recommend the best wheel specs for your vehicle based on your goals, suspension setup and intended appearance.

From Design to Delivery

Every forged wheel is engineered, machined, and finished to exact specification.

Precision Design

Precision Design

Every build begins with exact sizing, offsets, and brake clearance tailored to your chassis.

Forged Blank

Forged Blank

A solid block of aerospace-grade aluminum is forged under extreme pressure for maximum strength.

CNC Machining

CNC Machining

Advanced CNC machining sculpts the final wheel with perfect tolerances and deep concavity.

Finish & Delivery

Finish & Delivery

Each wheel is hand-finished, inspected, and securely packaged for delivery worldwide.

Why Forged Wins

Forged wheels are pressed from a solid block of aerospace-grade aluminum, creating a denser, stronger structure than cast wheels — while staying lighter for better performance and durability.

Stronger Structure

High-pressure forging creates a dense grain structure built for real loads.

Lighter Performance

Less unsprung weight for sharper handling, braking, and ride feel.

Built to Your Spec

Custom PCD, offset, centre bore, concavity, and finish for perfect fitment.

The WWC Forged Standard

Custom forged wheels built to your exact specs — backed by long-term warranties, certified testing, and confirmed fitment before production.

3-Year Finish Warranty

Coverage on coating/finish defects under normal use.

8-Year Structural Warranty

Long-term coverage on structural integrity for peace of mind.

Certified & Crash Tested

Built to certified standards (VIA certified) and validated through testing.

Fitment Guarantee

We confirm specs (PCD/ET/CB + brake clearance) before production.

Warranty terms apply. Final fitment depends on suspension setup and vehicle modifications.

BBK Ready. Deep Concavity Available.

We engineer around your brake setup and use special forged blanks to unlock deeper profiles without compromising clearance.

  • Designed around caliper + rotor clearance
  • Special forged blanks for deeper faces
  • Spec-confirmed before production

Concavity level is subject to individual wheel size, width, offset, and brake clearance requirements.

BBK Compatible

Engineered for big brake kits
