Last Updated: 15 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to wheelworkcustoms.com and purchases made from WheelWork Customs Pty Ltd, trading as WheelWorkCustoms.
By using our website, submitting an order, accepting a quotation or approving custom-order specifications, the customer agrees to these Terms and the policies referred to in them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

WheelWorkCustoms operates online from Victoria, Australia. We accept and deliver orders only within Australia.
Website Use
The website may be used to view products, request fitment assistance, request quotations, submit custom-order specifications, place orders and contact customer support.
A person must not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Interfere with the website’s security or operation
- Submit false payment, identity, delivery, vehicle or fitment information
- Copy or commercially exploit protected website content without permission
- Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorised access to our systems
We may restrict website access where required to protect customers, our business, service providers or website security.
Product Information
We provide product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, availability information and pricing to assist customers with purchase decisions.
Product images may appear different because of screen settings, lighting, photography or the selected finish.
Functional specifications confirmed for an order, including diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset and centre bore, must match the approved order within applicable manufacturing tolerances.
Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. Submitting an order does not confirm that the order has been accepted.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact the customer and offer one of the following:
- An agreed alternative product
- A revised fulfilment timeframe accepted by the customer
- Cancellation and refund
We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.
Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our website and at checkout are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any optional or address-dependent delivery charges are disclosed before payment.
Pricing Errors
We may correct an obvious pricing, product-information or technical error before accepting an order.
If an affected order has already been paid, we will contact the customer. The customer may proceed at the corrected disclosed price or cancel the affected order for a refund.
We will not charge an additional amount without the customer’s agreement.
Discounts and Promotions
Discounts, voucher codes and promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- One discount code may be used per order.
- A discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A discount applies only during its stated promotional period.
- A discount does not apply retrospectively to an earlier order.
- Clearly disclosed product or order exclusions may apply.
Placing an Order
Before submitting an order, the customer must review:
- Product selection and quantity
- Product specifications
- Vehicle and fitment information
- Billing details
- Delivery address
- Price and applicable shipping charge
- Handling, production and transit information
- Custom-order conditions
An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. It does not necessarily confirm final acceptance or production approval.
Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance in writing, confirm preparation or production, or dispatch the order.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance when:
- Payment is not authorised.
- Required information is missing.
- The product is unavailable.
- An obvious pricing or technical error occurred.
- The delivery address cannot be serviced.
- Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.
- The requested specification cannot be supplied.
If payment has been received for an order we do not accept, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or stated in an approved quotation or invoice.
By submitting payment, the customer authorises the payment provider to process the disclosed amount.
An order may be paused if payment fails, is reversed, cannot be verified, remains incomplete or appears unauthorised.
Complete card details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not generally received or stored by WheelWorkCustoms.
Deposits
A deposit applies only when the product page, quotation, invoice or checkout clearly states that a deposit is required.
Before payment, the customer will be informed of the deposit amount, remaining balance, payment schedule, production conditions and material cancellation conditions.
A deposit is not automatically forfeited. Any cancellation deduction will be based on reasonable, documented and non-recoverable costs incurred specifically for the custom order, subject to applicable law.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom and specification-based products may be manufactured using customer-approved details including:
- Diameter and width
- Bolt pattern
- Offset
- Centre bore
- Construction
- Finish and colour
- Load requirements
- Vehicle and brake-clearance information
Production begins after the required payment has cleared, all required information has been received and final specifications have been approved in writing.
The customer must review the written specifications before approval.
Customer-Supplied Specifications
Customers must provide accurate and complete vehicle and fitment information, including relevant brake, suspension, body, spacer, hub-conversion and other modifications.
If a product is correctly manufactured according to inaccurate specifications supplied and approved by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the resulting fitment issue.
This does not remove our responsibility if we supplied incorrect advice, recorded the specifications incorrectly, manufactured the product incorrectly or supplied a product that does not match its description.
Fitment Advice
Fitment advice is based on information supplied by the customer and information available at the time.
Fitment depends on bolt pattern, centre bore, offset, wheel width, tyre size, brake clearance, suspension clearance, body clearance, load requirements and vehicle modifications.
All relevant vehicle modifications must be disclosed before specifications are approved.
Inspection and Installation
Wheels must be inspected and test-fitted before tyres are mounted or the vehicle is driven.
The installer must check product condition, hub seating, bolt pattern, centre bore, brake clearance, suspension clearance, body clearance, fastener compatibility and tyre suitability.
Wheels and related products must be installed by a suitably qualified automotive or tyre professional using appropriate equipment and applicable torque specifications.
Do not mount tyres, modify the wheels or drive the vehicle if a fitment or product issue is suspected.
Order Changes
An order-change request must be submitted in writing and is not accepted until confirmed by us.
A standard order may be changed before processing or dispatch if the requested change is available.
A custom-order change requested after production starts may be unavailable, extend production time or require additional manufacturing costs. Any additional cost will be disclosed before the change proceeds.
Order Cancellations
A standard, non-custom order may be cancelled before dispatch if it has not been committed to a non-recoverable fulfilment cost.
A custom order may be cancelled before production starts, subject to reasonable and documented costs already incurred specifically for the order.
After custom production starts, a change-of-mind cancellation may be refused or the refund may be reduced by reasonable, documented and non-recoverable costs.
These conditions do not limit a cancellation or other remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver only to Australian addresses.
Handling, production, dispatch, transit and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a material production or carrier delay affects an order, we will provide an update after receiving the relevant information.
Delivery and Inspection
Customers must inspect delivered packaging and products as soon as possible.
If damage, a missing product or an incorrect product is identified, the customer must contact us and retain the packaging, shipping label, photographs and relevant delivery information.
Prompt notification assists with carrier investigations but does not remove Australian Consumer Law rights.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Return, refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
Written return authorisation must be obtained before a product is sent.
Do not send a product to our registered office or principal place of business unless that address is expressly provided in the return instructions.
Australian Consumer Guarantees
Products sold by WheelWorkCustoms come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the nature of a product failure, a customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund or compensation required by law.
Warranties
Any additional written product warranty operates alongside Australian Consumer Law rights and does not replace them.
An additional warranty period applies only when expressly stated on the product page, quotation, order confirmation or applicable warranty document.
Customer Reviews and Content
A customer submitting a review, photograph, design or other content confirms that they have the right to submit it and that it is not knowingly false, misleading, unlawful or infringing.
Customer photographs or other content will not be used for unrelated promotional purposes without the required permission.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original website text, graphics, logos, photographs, product presentations and page designs are owned by or licensed to WheelWork Customs Pty Ltd.
Protected content must not be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, scraped or commercially exploited without permission or another lawful basis.
Vehicle manufacturers’ names, models and trade marks belong to their respective owners. A factual vehicle or fitment reference does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, social-media services and other third-party applications.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in this section removes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded for services we use to fulfil an order.
Website Availability
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security updates, technical issues, provider outages or events outside our control.
If an interruption affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to assist the customer.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, was not caused by that party’s breach or resulted from the other party’s unlawful act, negligence or inaccurate information.
Every limitation in these Terms remains subject to the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws.
Events Outside Reasonable Control
Production or delivery may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption, industrial action, government restrictions, major system outages or supply interruptions.
If such an event affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its effect, provide an update, resume fulfilment when possible and provide any remedy required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our business practices, website, products or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published with its last-updated date. A material change will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order accepted under an earlier version.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, together with applicable Commonwealth laws.
Customers retain any jurisdiction, dispute-resolution and consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.
