We started WheelWork because buying wheels in Australia meant taking a catalogue guess on the one part holding your car off the road. We kept the engineering and dropped the guesswork.

Today every style is drawn in-house in Melbourne, forged from 6061-T6 to our drawings and tolerances, and specced around the owner's car before a blank is cut.

Where is WheelWork Customs based?

We operate online out of Balwyn, Victoria 3103, with all wheel design and engineering done in-house in Melbourne. Orders ship free Australia-wide.

Do you make the wheels yourselves?

We design and engineer every wheel in-house in Melbourne, then have it forged and machined at a trusted partner facility to our drawings and tolerances. We are not a catalogue reseller — nothing ships that we did not specify, and the fitment guarantee is ours.

What can you build beyond a standard wheel?

Aero discs, centrelock wheels and conversions, functional bolt-through beadlocks, cosmetic beadlock rings, stainless steel outer rings, carbon fibre rings, deep concave faces and big brake kit clearance. If it can be engineered, we will quote it.

Can I visit a showroom?

No — we are online-first. What you get instead is direct access to the people who engineer the wheel: call, email or WhatsApp us and talk to someone who knows what a 5x120 hub with a 72.6 centre bore does to your brake clearance.

How long does an order take?

Forged 1-piece sets take 6–8 weeks including production and freight. Forged 2-piece runs 8–12 weeks. Flow-formed wheels dispatch in about 5 weeks.

What if the wheels do not fit?

That is what the fitment guarantee covers. We confirm bolt pattern, offset, centre bore and brake clearance with you in writing before production, and if we get it wrong we make it right.

What warranty do the wheels carry?

Forged wheels carry an 8-year structural warranty and a 3-year finish warranty. Warranty terms apply and final fitment depends on suspension setup and vehicle modifications.
