Multi-piece forged carbon fiber wheels sit at the very top of modern wheel engineering, combining exotic materials with precision machining to create a wheel that is both visually striking and performance focused. Built using a carbon fiber barrel paired with a forged aluminium centre face, these wheels deliver the kind of lightweight responsiveness, rigidity and aesthetic presence normally associated with high-end supercars and advanced motorsport design.
The carbon fiber barrel is formed from layered, aerospace-grade composite material and cured under extreme pressure to achieve its signature strength-to-weight advantage. This construction dramatically reduces unsprung mass, allowing the vehicle to respond more sharply to steering input, brake with greater precision and accelerate with less rotational resistance. The carbon weave adds depth, texture and a level of visual sophistication that cannot be replicated with metal alone.
The forged aluminium centre face is CNC-machined from a single billet, allowing for complex geometry, deep channels, sharp angles and sculpted detailing. Forging creates a dense, high-integrity material structure that is significantly stronger than cast designs, enabling intricate spoke patterns without sacrificing durability. This forged centre can be tailored to any design direction—aggressive, technical, motorsport-inspired, luxury-oriented or completely bespoke.
As a true multi-piece construction, each wheel can be customised in every aspect. Customers may choose their width, offset, diameter, PCD, centre bore, centre design, spoke layout, colours, textures and hardware style. Face finishes can range from brushed metals and tinted clears to satin, gloss or matte paintwork. Hardware can be exposed, hidden, colour-matched or contrasting, allowing the wheel to become a personalised expression of the vehicle’s character.
These wheels offer far more than visual impact; they provide genuine performance benefits. The reduction in overall weight enhances vehicle dynamics, especially on powerful platforms where throttle response and chassis precision matter most. Their specialised composition makes them ideal for smooth roads, performance street builds, premium show cars and high-end enthusiast vehicles where the owner prioritises both aesthetics and technical excellence.
Each wheel undergoes a meticulous production process including composite curing, forging, machining, finishing, assembly and detailed quality control at every stage. The goal is to ensure that every piece meets the standards expected of a product built from the most advanced materials in the industry.
Multi-piece forged carbon fiber wheels are designed for enthusiasts who want the most elite combination of materials, craftsmanship and customisation available. They are not an ordinary upgrade—they are a statement of engineering ambition, individuality and taste.

Choosing the correct wheel size and fitment is important for both performance and appearance. Use this measurement guide to help determine the right specifications for your vehicle. If you’re unsure, we offer free fitment advice—simply contact us before placing your order.
Diameter (Inches)
The overall size of the wheel. Common diameters include 18”, 19” and 20”. Larger diameters fill the guards more and change the overall stance, while smaller diameters offer more tyre sidewall for comfort.
Width (Inches)
How wide the wheel is from inner to outer barrel (e.g., 9.5J). Wider wheels provide more grip and a wider stance but require correct offset to avoid rubbing.
Offset (ET)
How far the wheel face sits in or out relative to the hub.
• Higher offset (ET35–ET45): wheel sits further inside
• Lower offset (ET20–ET30): wheel sits further out
Offset affects brake clearance, poke, stance and fitment. If you’re unsure, contact us for recommendations.
Bolt Pattern (PCD)
The stud pattern of your vehicle (e.g., 5x114.3, 5x120). Your wheels must match this exactly. We can machine almost any PCD to suit your vehicle.
Centre Bore
The size of the centre hole that fits over the vehicle’s hub. We machine your wheels to your exact centre bore for a perfect hub-centric fit.
Tyre Fitment
Choosing the correct tyre size prevents rubbing and ensures proper load rating. We can advise on whether to use:
• Standard fitment
• Slight stretch
• Aggressive fitment
• Widebody fitment
Brake Clearance
Big brake kits require specific spoke designs and offsets. If you have Brembos or aftermarket brakes, let us know so we can ensure proper clearance.
If you’re unsure about any measurement, we can recommend the best wheel specs for your vehicle based on your goals, suspension setup and intended appearance.
