Hybrid Carbon Forged wheels represent the highest level of multi-piece wheel craftsmanship, combining advanced carbon technology with precision-forged aluminium to create a wheel that delivers both exotic aesthetics and serious performance capability. Designed for high-end street builds and performance platforms, this construction method blends lightweight materials, structural strength and full customisation into a single, unified system.
Each wheel features a forged aluminium centre face, CNC-machined from a solid billet to achieve detailed geometry, deep profiling and excellent structural integrity. The forged face allows for complex spoke designs and tailored styling options while providing the rigidity required for powerful vehicles.
The outer section of the barrel is constructed from motorsport-grade carbon fiber, using layered composite material cured under high temperature and pressure. This carbon fiber outer barrel offers exceptional strength-to-weight efficiency, dramatically reducing unsprung mass and improving acceleration, braking response and handling sharpness. Its carbon weave provides a premium visual depth that immediately distinguishes the wheel from any traditional metal barrel.
Behind the carbon section is an aluminium inner barrel engineered to maintain load strength, stability and consistent performance under demanding conditions. The aluminium inner barrel ensures durability and balanced structural behaviour while supporting the carbon front section within the multi-piece assembly.
All components are secured using precision multi-piece assembly hardware, which locks the forged centre, carbon outer barrel and aluminium inner barrel into a cohesive, high-strength structure. Hardware style, visibility and colour can be customised to suit the wheel’s finishing theme.
Hybrid Carbon Forged wheels are completely made to order, allowing full control over diameter, width, offset, PCD, centre bore, face design, finish, hardware style and trim details. This level of customisation makes each set unique to the vehicle and the customer’s vision. Whether aiming for a luxury exotic appearance, a motorsport-inspired configuration or an aggressive street-focused design, these wheels can be tailored to match.
Their lightweight construction offers meaningful performance advantages over conventional aluminium wheels while providing the elevated visual presence expected from a carbon hybrid design. These wheels are ideal for premium street cars, high-power platforms and show builds where advanced materials and engineering excellence are appreciated.
Each wheel undergoes detailed quality control at every stage, including forging, carbon curing, machining, finishing and final assembly. This ensures proper fitment, structural consistency and finish quality across the entire set.
All Hybrid Carbon Forged wheels are custom-built to order, shipped Australia-wide and available internationally. Fitment guidance is available prior to purchase to ensure the wheel matches your vehicle, suspension and intended use.

Choosing the correct wheel size and fitment is important for both performance and appearance. Use this measurement guide to help determine the right specifications for your vehicle. If you’re unsure, we offer free fitment advice—simply contact us before placing your order.
Diameter (Inches)
The overall size of the wheel. Common diameters include 18”, 19” and 20”. Larger diameters fill the guards more and change the overall stance, while smaller diameters offer more tyre sidewall for comfort.
Width (Inches)
How wide the wheel is from inner to outer barrel (e.g., 9.5J). Wider wheels provide more grip and a wider stance but require correct offset to avoid rubbing.
Offset (ET)
How far the wheel face sits in or out relative to the hub.
• Higher offset (ET35–ET45): wheel sits further inside
• Lower offset (ET20–ET30): wheel sits further out
Offset affects brake clearance, poke, stance and fitment. If you’re unsure, contact us for recommendations.
Bolt Pattern (PCD)
The stud pattern of your vehicle (e.g., 5x114.3, 5x120). Your wheels must match this exactly. We can machine almost any PCD to suit your vehicle.
Centre Bore
The size of the centre hole that fits over the vehicle’s hub. We machine your wheels to your exact centre bore for a perfect hub-centric fit.
Tyre Fitment
Choosing the correct tyre size prevents rubbing and ensures proper load rating. We can advise on whether to use:
• Standard fitment
• Slight stretch
• Aggressive fitment
• Widebody fitment
Brake Clearance
Big brake kits require specific spoke designs and offsets. If you have Brembos or aftermarket brakes, let us know so we can ensure proper clearance.
If you’re unsure about any measurement, we can recommend the best wheel specs for your vehicle based on your goals, suspension setup and intended appearance.
