General

Do your wheels come with tyres?

No. We sell wheels only. Our partner workshops can supply and install tyres if needed.

How do I know which wheels fit my car?

Send us your vehicle make, model, year and any suspension or brake modifications. We will recommend accurate PCD, width, offset and diameter.

Do you offer fitment guarantees?

No. Wheels are built to your chosen specifications. We do provide expert fitment advice to help you choose the correct specs.

Are your wheels load rated?

Yes. All wheels meet or exceed required load ratings and are designed to suit Australian road standards.

Do you support TPMS sensors?

Yes. Most OEM sensors can be transferred over and reprogrammed during installation.

How long do custom wheels take to produce?

Forged wheels take around 3–6 weeks depending on design and finishing complexity.

Can I request a custom colour?

Yes. We offer gloss, satin, brushed, polished, tinted clears, candy, dual-tone and custom finishes.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. Shipping within Australia is free. International shipping is available for an additional cost.

What happens if my wheels arrive damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. All wheels are insured, and we will resolve it quickly.

Are returns accepted?

Flow Form wheels can be returned unused in original packaging. Custom forged wheels cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Flow Form Wheels

What are Flow Form wheels?

Flow Form wheels are made by casting a wheel centre and then spinning and rolling the barrel under high pressure. This process strengthens the barrel and reduces weight compared to standard cast wheels.

How are Flow Form wheels different from cast wheels?

Cast wheels are poured into a mould and left as-is. Flow Form wheels undergo an additional spinning and rolling stage, which compresses the metal in the barrel. This makes them stronger and lighter than regular cast wheels.

How do Flow Form wheels compare to forged wheels?

Flow Form wheels offer excellent strength and weight savings at a more affordable price. Forged wheels are still the ultimate option for maximum strength and minimum weight, but Flow Form is a great middle ground for daily and spirited driving.

Are Flow Form wheels good for daily driving?

Yes. Flow Form wheels are ideal for street use, offering a strong, lightweight and reliable option for everyday driving and weekend runs.

Can I use Flow Form wheels on track?

Yes. Many customers run Flow Form wheels on track days due to their reduced weight and improved strength over cast wheels.

Are Flow Form wheels lighter than OEM wheels?

In most cases, yes. Flow Form designs are typically lighter than equivalent-size OEM cast wheels, improving acceleration, braking and steering feel.

Are Flow Form wheels repairable?

Yes. Like other aluminium wheels, minor bends or curb damage can often be repaired by a qualified wheel repair specialist.

Carbon Fibre Wheels

What are your carbon fibre wheels made from?

They use a 2-piece hybrid design: a carbon fibre barrel paired with a forged aluminium centre. This provides extreme weight savings with strong, stable mounting points.

Why are carbon fibre wheels so light?

The carbon barrel weighs up to 40–60% less than an aluminium barrel. This reduces rotating mass and improves acceleration, braking and steering response.

Are carbon fibre wheels suitable for public roads?

They are safe, but not recommended for rough road conditions. Carbon fibre performs best on smooth surfaces and track use. Sudden pothole impacts can damage carbon differently than aluminium.

Are carbon wheels stronger than forged aluminium?

They excel in different areas. Carbon fibre is extremely light and stiff; forged aluminium absorbs sharp impacts better. For harsh daily driving conditions, forged aluminium is generally the safer choice.

Can carbon wheels be repaired?

Minor cosmetic repairs may be possible, but structural carbon damage is usually not repairable. Aluminium wheels, by comparison, can often be straightened.

Are carbon fibre wheels good for track use?

Yes. Carbon wheels shine on track thanks to reduced rotating mass, sharp turn-in response and excellent thermal stability.

How do I maintain carbon fibre wheels?

Use pH-neutral cleaners only. Avoid acidic or abrasive products. Ceramic coating is recommended for added protection.

Forged Wheels

What are forged wheels?

Forged wheels are made from a solid billet of aluminium compressed under extreme pressure and CNC-machined into shape. This process creates the strongest and lightest aluminium wheels available.

How are forged wheels different from cast wheels?

Cast wheels are made by pouring molten aluminium into a mould. Forged wheels are compressed under thousands of tons of pressure, creating a denser, stronger structure. Benefits of forged vs cast include: higher strength, lower weight, better heat management and greater long-term durability.

How are forged wheels different from Flow Form wheels?

Flow Form wheels are a high-quality upgrade from cast wheels and offer excellent strength and reduced weight. Forged wheels take this further again, offering maximum strength, stiffness and the lowest possible weight. Flow Form is the best value performance option; forged is the ultimate premium choice.

Why are forged wheels more expensive?

Forging requires advanced machinery, solid aluminium billet, long CNC machining times, precise engineering and premium finishing. The price reflects the performance, strength and customisation options.

Are forged wheels good for harsh Australian roads?

Yes. Forged wheels handle impacts better than cast and carbon fibre wheels. Their strength and durability make them ideal for real-world daily driving conditions.

Do forged wheels support big brake kits?

Yes. Forged wheels can be engineered to clear large brake calipers such as Brembo, AP Racing, Endless and more.

Can I customise offset, PCD and width?

Yes. Forged wheels are built-to-order and fully customisable. You can specify diameter, width, offset, PCD, lip size and finish.

Are forged wheels repairable?

Most forged wheels can be repaired if bent, unlike carbon fibre. Structural damage is rare due to their strength.

Do forged wheels last longer?

Yes. Forged wheels resist fatigue much better because of their dense, high-quality aluminium structure. Many last for decades with proper care.
