Flow-formed wheels start as cast pre-forms, then are heated, spun, and compressed by rollers to align the grain. The result: a lighter, stronger barrel with near-forged strength at a more accessible price.

It all begins with aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, carefully selected for its superior properties. Each billet is precisely cut to specification, ensuring the perfect starting block for unparalleled strength and durability.
Intense Pressure, Unrivaled Strength.
Our billets are heated and then subjected to thousands of tons of pressure by a massive hydraulic press. This crucial step reorganizes the aluminum's molecular structure, eliminating porosity and creating a dense, incredibly strong pre-form with optimal grain flow.

The forged pre-forms undergo a meticulous heat treatment process. Controlled heating and cooling cycles further enhance the aluminum's mechanical properties, maximizing hardness, fatigue resistance, and overall structural integrity.
