VX410 Flow-Form Performance Wheel

Introducing the VX410 Flow-Form Performance Wheel, a modern multi-spoke design engineered to deliver an ideal balance of strength, weight reduction, and value. With sharp spoke geometry and a clean, technical profile, the VX410 offers a premium aesthetic inspired by high-end performance styling — refined for daily and spirited driving.

Manufactured using advanced flow-forming technology, the VX410 achieves improved barrel strength and reduced weight compared to traditional cast wheels, making it a strong performer for street, performance, and show applications.

Key Features

Advanced Flow-Formed Construction

The VX410 is produced using a flow-forming process where the barrel is spun and compressed under high pressure. This enhances material density and strength while reducing unnecessary mass, resulting in a wheel that is lighter and stronger than conventional cast designs.

Precision Multi-Spoke Design

A clean split multi-spoke layout with defined lines and subtle hub detailing creates a strong visual presence. The design supports concave profiles while maintaining balance and structural integrity across a wide range of fitments.

Vehicle-Specific Fitment Options

The VX410 Flow-Form wheel is engineered to suit a wide variety of vehicles, offering flexible sizing and offsets for precise fitment:

  • Diameter: 18” to 20”

  • Widths & Offsets: Optimised per application

  • Bolt Patterns (PCD): Machined to suit your vehicle

Suitable for square or staggered setups and compatible with many big-brake configurations.

High-Quality Finish Options

Available in a range of premium finishes to suit your build, including:

  • Gloss, satin, and matte powder coat finishes

  • Metallic and tinted colour options

  • Two-tone finishes available on selected specifications

Each wheel is finished to a high standard for long-term durability and appearance.

Performance-Focused Design

Reduced rotational mass and improved barrel strength make the VX410 Flow-Form ideal for daily driving, spirited street use, and vehicles requiring improved handling without the cost of full forging.

Ideal Applications

  • Performance street builds

Choosing the correct wheel size and fitment is important for both performance and appearance. Use this measurement guide to help determine the right specifications for your vehicle. If you’re unsure, we offer free fitment advice—simply contact us before placing your order.

Diameter (Inches)
The overall size of the wheel. Common diameters include 18”, 19” and 20”. Larger diameters fill the guards more and change the overall stance, while smaller diameters offer more tyre sidewall for comfort.

Width (Inches)
How wide the wheel is from inner to outer barrel (e.g., 9.5J). Wider wheels provide more grip and a wider stance but require correct offset to avoid rubbing.

Offset (ET)
How far the wheel face sits in or out relative to the hub.
• Higher offset (ET35–ET45): wheel sits further inside
• Lower offset (ET20–ET30): wheel sits further out
Offset affects brake clearance, poke, stance and fitment. If you’re unsure, contact us for recommendations.

Bolt Pattern (PCD)
The stud pattern of your vehicle (e.g., 5x114.3, 5x120). Your wheels must match this exactly. We can machine almost any PCD to suit your vehicle.

Centre Bore
The size of the centre hole that fits over the vehicle’s hub. We machine your wheels to your exact centre bore for a perfect hub-centric fit.

Tyre Fitment
Choosing the correct tyre size prevents rubbing and ensures proper load rating. We can advise on whether to use:
• Standard fitment
• Slight stretch
• Aggressive fitment
• Widebody fitment

Brake Clearance
Big brake kits require specific spoke designs and offsets. If you have Brembos or aftermarket brakes, let us know so we can ensure proper clearance.

If you’re unsure about any measurement, we can recommend the best wheel specs for your vehicle based on your goals, suspension setup and intended appearance.

Cast vs FlowForm vs Forged

Not all wheels are built the same. Here's where FlowForm sits.

Cast Wheels

  • Heavier construction
  • Basic strength
  • Entry-level option
  • Limited performance gains
Most Popular Choice

FlowForm Wheels

  • Lighter than cast
  • Stronger flow-formed barrel
  • Better performance & durability
  • Perfect daily + performance balance

Fully Forged

  • Maximum strength
  • Lightest construction
  • Fully custom spec
  • Premium tier option

The Perfect Balance

FlowForm wheels deliver the strength and weight benefits performance drivers want — without the full forged price. Built for real driving, power, and daily use.

Lighter Construction

Reduced weight improves acceleration, braking response, and handling feel.

Stronger Barrel Technology

Flow-forming strengthens the barrel structure compared to standard cast wheels.

Built for Real Driving

Handles daily use, power builds, and rougher roads better than cheap cast options.

Designed for street performance and OEM+ builds.

How FlowForm Wheels Are Made

FlowForm wheels start as a cast base, then the barrel is heated and pressure-rolled to increase strength while reducing weight — before final CNC finishing.
