Shipping within Australia
• Free shipping Australia-wide on all wheel sets.
• Orders are shipped with full tracking and may require a signature on delivery.
• Flow Form wheels generally dispatch within 1–3 business days (subject to stock and finishing).
• Forged & Carbon Fibre wheels dispatch once production is complete and the final balance has been paid.

International shipping
• We ship to selected countries outside Australia.
• International shipping rates depend on your location and order size – contact us for a quote.

Packaging & insurance
• All wheels are boxed and protected with foam and guards for transit.
• Shipments are insured against damage in transit. Please inspect your wheels on arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

1. Choose your wheel design
Pick your preferred style, size and finish from our Flow Form, Forged or Carbon Fibre ranges.

2. Tell us about your vehicle
Provide your vehicle make, model, year and any suspension or brake upgrades. We’ll help recommend the correct PCD, width and offset for your goals (OEM+, flush, stance or track). If you are sure about the selected wheels, go right ahead and buy it!

3. Production or allocation
• Flow Form wheels – usually in stock or finished locally and ready to ship.
• Forged & Carbon wheels – built to order to your exact specs. Typical lead time is around 3–6 weeks depending on design and finish.

4. Quality control
Every wheel is checked for finish quality, run-out and correct specs before it leaves our warehouse.

5. Shipping & installation
Your wheels are securely packaged and shipped with tracking. You can use any reputable workshop, or one of our installation partners across Victoria, to have them professionally fitted.

Deposits & final balance
• Forged & Carbon Fibre wheels require a deposit to start production.
• The remaining balance is payable before the wheels are dispatched.
• You can also choose to pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.

Payment security

Order changes & cancellations
• Flow Form wheel orders may be changed or cancelled before dispatch.
• Forged and Carbon Fibre wheels are built to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has begun, so please double-check your specs before confirming your order.
