Wheel Fitment Service
Getting wheels to fit properly takes more than a bolt pattern. Our free fitment check works out the full spec for your car and confirms it with you in writing before a set is made. That is what our fitment guarantee covers.
What we check
- Bolt pattern (PCD) and centre bore, so the wheel centres on the hub, not on the bolts.
- Thread and seat type (ball, 60° taper or flat), so your bolts or nuts seat correctly.
- Width and offset against your guards, for the look you want: factory-plus, flush or aggressive.
- Brake clearance, including caliper size and spoke shape for big brake kits.
- Tyre size, matched to the new wheel, with rolling diameter kept in range for AWD cars.
- Load rating for heavy EVs, SUVs and utes.
Let us spec it, or bring your own specs
Most customers just give us the car. If you already know the size and offset you want, we check those numbers against your car and tell you if anything needs to change.
Do I need to know my wheel specs?
No. Tell us the make, model and year and any brake, suspension or body changes, and we set the diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern and centre bore for you.
Is the fitment check free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. You get the spec and a fixed price in writing.
What if my car is modified?
Tell us about lowered suspension, big brake kits, wider guards or hub conversions. We spec around them, and that is often where custom wheels make the biggest difference.
What does the fitment guarantee cover?
We engineer the offset and centre bore to your car so the set bolts straight on, with no spacers and no re-drilling. If a set we specced does not fit, we make it right.
Start with the fitment tool, which covers more than 230 models and lists sets we have already built, or send us your car on WhatsApp or through the quote form.
